Efficacy Analysis of Low Temperature Plasma Knife in the Treatment of Early Glottic Laryngocarcinoma
Objective To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma knife in the treatment of patients with early glottic laryngocarcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with early glottic laryngocarcinoma admitted to the Otolaryngology Department of Shanxian Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different surgical methods, they were divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40).The con-trol group was treated with traditional surgery, and the study group was treated with low-temperature plasma knife. The surgical indicators and postoperative rehabilitation, voice function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the study group was(15.61±2.50)min,which was shorter than that of the control group(35.21±5.47)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(10.54±2.12)mL,which was less than that of the control group(18.95±2.34)mL,the mucosal recovery score was(2.07±0.48)points,which was lower than that of the control group(3.69±0.57)points,and the hospitalization time was(8.20±1.35)d,which was shorter than that of the control group(15.17±2.42)d,the differences were statistically significant(t=20.611,16.845,13.749,15.907,all P<0.05).The amplitude perturbation and fundamental frequency perturbation of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the harmonic noise was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group[5.00%(2/40)]was lower than that in the control group[20.00%(8/40)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of low-temperature plasma knife treatment is ideal and worthy of application in subsequent clinical practice.
