Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Appendicitis
Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery on the treatment in patients with acute appen-dicitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from August 2020 to November 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into reference group(traditional open surgery)and analysis group(laparoscopic surgery)by different surgical methods, with 40 cases in each group. The clinical treatment effect, perioperative main indicators and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the analysis group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration of operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of getting out of bed after operation, the time of first exhaust after operation and the time of hospitalization in the analysis group were shorter than those in the reference group, and the amount of bleeding during operation was lower than that in the refer-ence group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the analysis group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute appendicitis, laparoscopic surgery is more effective, faster postoperative recov-ery,and lower incidence of complications.
