经口营养补充对食管癌同期放化疗患者疗效及不良反应的影响

目的 探究在食管癌同期放化疗患者治疗中采取经口营养补充后的效果和对不良反应的影响.方法随机选取2022年7月—2023年7月聊城市人民医院收治的100例食管癌同期放化疗患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分成两组,对照组(50例)均接受常规营养治疗,观察组(50例)均接受常规与肠内营养支持治疗.对比两组治疗效果、营养水平、免疫功能及不良反应.结果 观察组的客观缓解率、疾病控制率分别为54.00%(27/50)、94.00%(47/50),均高于对照组的34.00%(17/50)和80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.058、4.332,P均<0.05).观察组体重指数、血清总蛋白、前白蛋白以及白蛋白均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白M均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针对食管癌同期放化疗患者,实施经口营养补充,有助于提高疗效,改善营养状态以及免疫功能,安全性高.
Effect of Oral Nutrition Supplement on the Efficacy and Adverse Reac-tions of Esophageal Cancer Patients Undergoing Concurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy
Objective To explore the effect of oral nutrition supplement and its impact on adverse reactions in the treatment of esophageal cancer patients undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 100 patients with esophageal cancer undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospi-tal from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by different treatment methods.The control group(50 cases)received routine nutritional treatment,and the observation group(50 cases)received routine plus enteral nutrition support treatment.The therapeutic effects,nutritional level,im-mune function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The objective response rate and dis-ease control rate of the observation group were 54.00%(27/50)and 94.00%(47/50),respectively,which were higher than 34.00%(17/50)and 80.00%(40/50)of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.058,4.332,both P<0.05).The body mass index,serum total protein,prealbumin and albumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reac-tions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with esophageal cancer undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy,oral nutrition supplementation is helpful to improve the efficacy,nutritional status and immune function.
