Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Selective Hemorrhoid Mucosal Resection(TST)Using Anal Stapler in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids
Objective To analyze the effect of transanal stapler selective hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of hemor-rhoids.Methods A total of 200 patients with hemorrhoids admitted to Liupanshui People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group ac-cording to different surgical methods,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional hemorrhoids resection(external stripping and internal ligation),and the observation group was treated with selective hemorrhoids mucosal resection.The operation results,operation indexes,anorectal dynamics indexes,pain scores and complications before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the ttotal ef-fective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%(98/100),which was higher than 91.00%(91/100)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.714,P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the blood loss during operation was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After operation,the anorectal dynamics indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).After operation,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clini-cally,selective hemorrhoid mucosal resection for hemorrhoids patients not only has better surgical indicators,but also has the same significant effect in improving the anorectal dynamics of hemorrhoids patients,and reduces the postop-erative pain of patients,with high clinical application value.
