Study on the Anesthesia Effect of Sevoflurane Combined with Propofol in Patients Undergoing Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combined with propofol in patients undergoing gy-necological endoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent endoscopic surgery in Dali People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects, and were divided into two groups by different anesthesia methods.Sevoflurane anesthesia was applied to 35 cases in the control group, and sevoflurane combined with propofol anesthesia was applied to 35 cases in the observation group. The anesthesia effect(time of loss of consciousness, time of recovery, time of extubation),the level of vital signs, including mean arterial pres-sure(MAP),heart Rate(HR)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The absence time of consciousness, recovery time and extubation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The HR of the observation group at intuba-tion,0.5 hours after operation, extubation and 10 min after extubation was lower than those of the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).At intubation, the MAP of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,at extubation and 10 min after extubation, the MAP of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse re-actions in the observation group was 5.71%(2/35),which was lower than 22.85%(8/35)in the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.200,P=0.040).Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with propofol is effective and safe in gynecological endoscopic surgery.
