Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of fumarate tablet in the treatment of patients with recurrent re-flux esophagitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with recurrent reflux esophagitis admitted to Meitan County People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were simple randomly selected as the research objects.They were di-vided into observation group and control group by different therapeutic methods,with 35 cases in each group.The con-trol group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules,and the observation group was treated with vonopra-zan fumarate tablets.The differences in gastrointestinal hormone indexes,gastroscopy grading and the state of symp-tom improvement between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the gastrointestinal hormone indexes(gastrin and motilin)of the two groups increased,the gastrin and motilin in the observation group were(284.53±17.75)pg/mL and(125.66±8.05)ng/L,respectively,which were higher than(241.82±16.44)pg/mL and(118.85±7.14)ng/L in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=10.443,3.744,all P<0.05).The gastroscopy grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of substernal burning pain,heartburn and acid regurgitation in the two groups de-creased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with recurrent reflux esophagitis,fumarate tablet can im-prove gastrointestinal hormone indexes,gastroscopy results and clinical symptoms more effectively,showing better therapeutic effect.
