目的 观察综合护理干预对反复胚胎着床失败(repeated implantation failure,RIF)患者生活质量、用药依从性、心理情绪、服务满意度的影响.方法 随机选取2020年2月—2023年1月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的100例胚胎移植失败次数≥2次未妊娠的患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预,对比两组患者护理前后心理情绪评分、生活质量评分、用药依从性和护理满意情况.结果 护理后,观察组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(World Health Or-ganization Quality of Life-100,WHOQOL-100)评分高于对照组,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组护理满意率[94.00%(47/50)]高于对照组[72.00%(36/50)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.576,P<0.05).结论 针对反复胚胎着床失败的患者采用综合护理干预措施能够改善患者的生活质量、用药依从性以及焦虑抑郁情绪,提高护理满意率.
Study on the Impact of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Anxiety in Patients with Repeated Implantation Failures
Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life,medication com-pliance,psychological emotion and service satisfaction of patients with repeated implantation failure(RIF).Methods A total of 100 non-pregnant patients with embryo transfer failure times≥2 times admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by different nursing method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing in-tervention.Psychological and emotional scores,quality of life scores,medication compliance and service satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the World Health Organization Quality of Life(WHOQOL-100)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group[94.00%(47/50)]was higher than that of the control group[72.00%(36/50)],and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=8.576,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with repeated implantation fail-ure can improve the quality of life,medication compliance,anxiety and depression of patients,and improve the satis-faction rate of nursing.
