Analysis of the Application of High-quality Nursing Model in Patients Un-dergoing Gastric Cancer Surgery
Objective To explore the clinical application value of high-quality nursing intervention in patients under-going surgery for gastric cancer.Methods A total of 80 gastric cancer patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yongzhou from May 2021 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and reference group by different nursing method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received rou-tine nursing,and the study group received high-quality nursing.Nursing satisfaction and gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction in the study group[100.00%(40/40)]was higher than that in the reference group[72.50%(29/40)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.753,P<0.05).The gastrointestinal functional status of the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing mode in patients with gastric cancer surgery can improve the satisfaction of nursing and improve the gastrointestinal function of patients.
