Analysis of the Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing in the Nurs-ing of Tibiofibular Fracture
Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in patients with tibiofibular fracture.Methods A total of 88 patients with tibiofibular fractures admitted to the Jinan Seventh People's Hospital from Janu-ary 2022 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The psy-chological state,pain degree,complications and nursing satisfaction of the patients in two groups were compared.Re-sults Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in psychological state between the patients in two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the psychological state score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant dif-ference in pain degree between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complica-tions in the study group was 2.27%(1/44),which was lower than 15.91%(7/44)in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.950,P=0.026).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the psychological state of patients with tibiofibular fracture,relieve pain,reduce complications,and have high nursing satisfaction.
