Analysis of the Application Effect of Standardized Nursing in Ventilator-associated Pneumonia in Intensive Care Unit
Objective To explore the application value of standardized nursing in patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit. Methods A total of 82 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit admitted to Qingyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing method, they were divided into reference group(n=41)and obser-vation group(n=41).The reference group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given standardized nursing. The Kolcaba General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)score, quality of life score, complications and nursing sat-isfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The degree of comfort of the observation group was better than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the quality of life score of the observation group was(82.47±6.32)points,which was higher than that of the reference group(76.22±5.81)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.622,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group[4.88%(2/41)]was lower than that in the reference group[14.63%(6/41)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group[95.12%(39/41)]was higher than that of the reference group[80.49%(33/41)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.100,P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing for patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit can improve patients'comfort and quality of life, reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
