摘要

目的 分析生姜敷脐护理联合揿针护理在预防骨科全麻术后恶心呕吐中的临床应用效果.方法 随机选取2023年8月—2024年3月南京中医药大学镇江附属医院(镇江市中医院)收治的80例行全麻手术的骨科患者为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施生姜敷脐联合揿针护理.对比两组患者恶心呕吐发生情况及家属护理满意度.结果 观察组恶心呕吐总发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的22.50%(9/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.165,P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度各方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在骨科全麻手术恶心呕吐的预防中,生姜敷脐护理联合揿针护理效果显著,不仅能够有效降低恶心呕吐的发生率,也提升了患者对护理的满意度,具备一定的临床意义.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of ginger umbilicus nursing combined with thumbtack needle nursing in preventing nausea and vomiting after orthopedic general anesthesia.Methods From August 2023 to March 2024,80 orthopedic patients undergoing general anesthesia in Zhenjiang Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Univer-sity of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Zhenjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)were randomly selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different nurs-ing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group re-ceived ginger umbilical compress combined with thumbtack needle nursing.The incidence of nausea and vomiting in patients and the nursing satisfaction of pairnts'families were compared between the two groups.Results The total inci-dence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40)lower than that in the control group 22.50%(9/40),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).Score of nursing satisfaction of patients'families in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention of nausea and vomiting in orthopedic general anesthesia surgery,ginger umbili-cal cord nursing combined with press needle nursing has shown a good effect,which can not only effectively reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting,but also improve the evaluation of nursing services,has a certain clinical signifi-cance.
