Analysis of the Effect of High Quality Nursing on Joint Function Recovery and Self-care Ability of Patients after Hip Replacement
Objective To explore the effect of using high-quality nursing care after hip replacement surgery on im-proving joint function and self-care ability of patients.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing hip replacement in Liaocheng People's Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into high quality group and general group according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The general group received routine nursing,and the high quality group received high quality nursing.The self-care ability,hip pain degree,nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of complications of patients in two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-care concept(163.35±6.35)points,self-care responsibility(166.25±5.26)points,health disease knowledge(167.95±4.35)points and self-care level(157.51±5.16)points in the self-care abil-ity of the high-quality group were higher than those of the general group(158.31±6.58)points,(160.98±5.72)points,(161.25±5.26)points and(150.25±5.78)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.486,4.289,7.135,4.294,all P<0.05).After nursing,the hip pain score of the high-quality group was lower than that of the general group,and the nursing satisfaction of the high-quality group was higher than that of the general group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the high-quality group was lower than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nurs-ing can improve the self-care ability of patients after hip replacement surgery,alleviate their pain,and increase their nursing satisfaction.
