Effect of Risk Warning Nursing on Venous Thromboembolism after Ingui-nal Hernia Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of risk early warning nursing on venous thromboembolism(VTE)after in-guinal hernia surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing inguinal hernia surgery in Huai'an Hospital,Jiangsu Province from March 2022 to April 2024 were randomly selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods, with 45 cases in each group. The observation group adopted the risk early warning nursing, and the control group implemented the traditional nursing. The incidence of postoperative VTE,self-care ability, nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the incidence of postoperative VTE in the observation group was 4.44%(2/45),which was lower than that in the control group 17.78%(8/45),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.050,P<0.05).The self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk early warning nursing has a significant effect on the prevention of VTE after inguinal hernia surgery. It can effectively reduce the incidence of thrombosis, enhance the self-care ability of patients, and further improve the nursing compli-ance and satisfaction of patients.
