The Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Model in Gastric Lavage of Patients with Drug and Pesticide Poisoning
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing mode in gastric lavage for patients with drug and pesticide poisoning. Methods This study retrospectively selected the clinical data of 100 patients with drug and pesticide poisoning who received gastric lavage in Renhuai People's Hospital from January 2022 to Decem-ber 2023.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into routine group and inquiry group,50 cases in each group. The routine group adopted routine nursing mode, and the inquiry group adopted the nursing mode of evidence-based concept, the operation time of gastric lavage, comfort level, nursing satisfaction and incidence of com-plications were compared between the two groups. Results The time of catheterization, first aspiration of liquid and gastric lavage in the inquiry group were shorter than those in the routine group, the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05),and the success rate of one-time catheterization 72.00%(36/50)higher than that in the routine group 52.00%(26/50),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.244,P=0.039).After nursing, the comfort level and nursing satisfaction of the inquiry group were higher than those of the routine group, and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the inquiry group was lower than that in the rou-tine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode of evidence-based concept shows a significant application effect in gastric lavage of patients with drug and pesticide poisoning, which not only improves the nursing efficiency and patient comfort, but also reduces the incidence of complications and im-proves the patient's nursing satisfaction.
