The Effect of Targeted Nursing Mode Intervention Based on Internet+on Psychological State and SF-36 Score in Patients with Chronic Renal Fail-ure

摘要
目的 分析互联网+针对性护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者心理状态和健康调查简表(the MOS Item Short From Health Survey,SF-36)评分的影响.方法 方便选取2022年2月—2023年2月泰安八十八医院收治的96例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,使用不同护理方法分为对照组和研究组,每组48例.对照组行常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上增加互联网+针对性护理干预.对比两组患者的疾病应对方式、心理状态和生活质量评分以及用药依从评分.结果 研究组生活质量评分和用药依从评分、积极应对评分均高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);焦虑自评量表评分(43.65±1.42)分和抑郁自评量表评分(42.65±1.44)分均低于对照组的(48.43±1.44)分、(49.65±2.10)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.375、19.046,P均<0.05).结论 互联网+的针对性护理干预可减轻慢性肾功能衰竭患者的心理压力,提高其用药依从性和生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Internet+pertinet nursing intervention on the psychological state and the MOS Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36)score of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 96 pa-tients with chronic renal failure admitted to Tai'an 88th Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were conve-niently selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by different nursing methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The study group added Internet+pertinet nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The disease coping style,psychological state,quality of life score and medication compliance score of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life score,medication compliance score and positive coping score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05),the Self-rating Anxiety Scale score(43.65±1.42)points and Self-rating Depression Scale score(42.65±1.44)points were lower than the control group(48.43±1.44)points,(49.65±2.10)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=16.375,19.046,both P<0.05).Conclusion Internet+targeted nursing intervention can re-duce the psychological pressure of patients with chronic renal failure and improve their medication compliance and quality of life.
