Application of multidisciplinary collaborative health management model in patients with pulmonary nodules
Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative health management model in patients with pulmonary nodules. Methods A total of 90 patients with pulmonary nodules in Hezhou People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group(n=45,using multidisciplinary collaborative health management model)and control group(n=45,using routine nursing model)by different nursing methods. After 1 year of follow-up,the quality of life, health behavior,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the quality of life and health behavior scores of the two groups of patients increased, and the SAS and SDS scores decreased. The quality of life(72.24±14.30)points and health behavior scores(73.15±13.14)points of the study group were higher than those of the control group(58.43±13.67)points,(62.41±12.52)points,SAS score(43.48±5.24)points and SDS score(46.63±5.22)points were lower than those of the control group(46.76±6.48)points,(49.74±4.58)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.683,3.970,2.640,3.004,all P<0.05).The total satisfac-tion rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaborative health management model can improve the quality of life of pa-tients,promote healthy behavior, further alleviate the negative emotions of patients, and improve health management awareness and nursing satisfaction.
