Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Three-Stage Treatment of Fractures in Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine of the Proximal Humerus Fractures
Objective To study the effect of three-stage treatment of traditional Chinese medicine fracture after proxi-mal humeral fractures(PHF).Methods A total of 62 patients with PHF admitted to Dehua County Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and di-vided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment after operation,and the observation group was treated with three-stage treatment of fracture in traditional Chinese medicine.The efficacy,postoperative pain,shoulder joint func-tion and complications of patients in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the ob-servation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than 74.19%(23/31)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.679,P=0.031).The pain scores of the observation group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks af-ter operation were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After operation,the score of Constant-Murley Score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-stage treatment of fracture in traditional Chinese medicine after PHF has a significant effect,which can acceler-ate the relief of pain,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.
