Study on the Curative Effect of Jiangdan Decoction Combined with Shenk-ang Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3～5
Objective To explore the effect of Jiangdan decoction combined with Shenkang injection in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic kidney disease at stage 3～5.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic kidney dis-ease who were treated in Sheyang County People's Hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were conveniently se-lected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the different treat-ment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shenkang injection alone,and the study group was treated with Jiangdan decoction+Shenkang injection.The renal function indexes,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and glomerular filtration rate in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.44%(1/41),which was lower than 26.83%(11/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.762,P<0.05).The effective rate of treat-ment in the study group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 78.05%(32/41)in the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=5.145,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jiangdan Decoction and Shenk-ang Injection has a better therapeutic effect on patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3～5.
