Under the background of high-quality development of public hospitals,it is very important to improve the executive ability of managers in functional departments.This article takes the individual executive power characteris-tic analysis as the breakthrough point,from the individual,the post,the team three levels to the executive power pres-ent Situation Analysis,on this basis,the author puts forward six ways to improve the executive ability of functional de-partment personnel,which are to establish a scientific training system for the managers of functional department,to en-hance professional quality and core ability and innovation ability,to standardize the formulation of job descriptions,to establish performance appraisal system,to strengthen team building,to establish MDT management mode.To improve the level of executive power into work performance,improve the management efficiency of functional departments,for the hospital high-quality development escort.
