摘要
公立医院高质量发展背景下,职能部门管理人员执行力的提升尤为重要.本文以个体执行力特征分析为切入点,从个体、岗位、团队3个层面对执行力现状进行分析,在此基础上提出以"建立科学的职能部门管理人员培训体系、提升职业素养和核心能力及创新能力、规范制定岗位说明书、建立绩效考核体系、加强团队建设、建立MDT管理模式"6个方面来构建职能部门人员执行力提升的路径.将执行力水平的提升转化为工作实绩,提高职能部门管理效能,为医院高质量发展保驾护航.
