Continuous Blood Purification for Patients with Severe Heart Failure Com-plicated with Renal Failure Effects of Cardiac and Renal Function Indexes
Objective To explore the effect of continuous blood purification on the improvement of cardiac and renal function in patients with severe heart failure and renal failure. Methods A total of 150 patients with severe heart fail-ure and renal failure admitted to 903rd Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force of the People's Liberation Army from January 2018 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and reference group by different treatment methods, with 75 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with blood purification, and the study group was treated with continuous blood purification. The vital signs, blood gas in-dexes,cardiac function and renal function of the two groups were compared. Results The respiratory rate(20.19±3.51)times/min,heart rate(91.45±7.58)times/min and mean arterial pressure(83.41±3.22)mmHg in the study group were better than those in the reference group(27.81±5.22)times/min,(106.94±8.69)times/min,(86.52±4.19)mmHg,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.491,11.633,5.097,all P<0.05).The blood gas index, cardiac func-tion and renal function of the study group were better than those of the reference group, the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional blood purification, continuous blood purifica-tion is more effective in the treatment of patients with severe heart failure and renal failure. The patients'vital signs are stable, the blood gas index is improved, and the heart and kidney function are improved.
