A Study on the Effects of Medication Combined with Morita Therapy on the Maudsley,Yale Compulsive Scale, and Self Harmony Scale in Patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
Objective The effects of drugs combined with Morita therapy on Maudsley Obsessive-Compulsive Inven-tory(MOCI),Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale(YBOCS)and Self-Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS)were analyzed. Methods The clinical data of 69 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder admitted to Yidu City People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the difference of treatment methods, they were divided into study group(drug combined with Morita therapy,35 cases)and control group(drug treatment,34 cases). The clinical efficacy,MOCI and YBOCS scores and SCCS scores were compared be-tween patients in two groups. Results After treatment, the MOCI score(9.76±1.44)points and YBOCS score(7.64±1.40)points of the study group were lower than those of the control group(11.32±1.51)points and(13.42±2.14)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.393,13.314,both P<0.05).The total effective rate and SCCS score of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Vofluxamine maleate and Morita therapy can improve the clinical effi-cacy and condition of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
