Analysis of Anesthetic Effect of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Sufent-anil in Endoscopic Ultrasonography of Upper Gastrointestinal Tract
Objective To explore the anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in endoscopic ul-trasonography of upper gastrointestinal tract. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent upper gastrointestinal en-doscopic ultrasonography in the Longyan Second Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different anesthetic methods, they were divided into control group(40 cases)and ob-servation group(40 cases). The control group was treated with sufentanil,The hemodynamic indexes(before anesthe-sia,immediately after inserting the lens,5 min after inserting the lens and after extracting the lens),perioperative in-dexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two group. Results The hemodynamic indexes of the observa-tion group were better than those of the control group at the time of inserthing the lens,5 min after inserthing the lens and after extrating lens, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The time of reaching the stan-dard of leaving the room in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the additional times and total dosage of sufentanil were less than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group[2.50%(1/40)]was lower than that in the con-trol group[15.00%(6/40)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.914,P<0.05).Conclusion In upper gastrointestinal endoscopic ultrasonography, the combination of dexmedetomidine and sufentanil is beneficial to main-tain the stability of hemodynamic indexes, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which has certain clinical value.
