Efficacy of Dobutamine Combined with Levosimendan in Patients with Acute Heart Failure and its Effect on Serum NT-proBNP and Inflamma-tory Factors
Objective To investigate the effect of dobutamine combined with levosimendan in patients with acute heart failure(AHF)and its effect on serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and inflammatory fac-tors.Methods A total of 88 patients with AHF admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were randomly selected and divided into control group and study group by different treatment methods, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dobutamine, and the study group was treated with levosimen-dan on the basis of dobutamine. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function indexes, serum NT-proBNP and inflammatory factors levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treat-ment in the study group[93.18%(41/44)]was higher than that in the control group[75.00%(33/44)],and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=5.436,P<0.05).After treatment, the indexes of stroke volume and left ventricular ejection fraction in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of NT-proBNP,procal-citonin and C-reactive protein were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The total effective rate of dobutamine combined with levosimendan in patients with AHF is higher, and it can improve cardiac function and serum NT-proBNP level, and inhibit inflammatory response.
