Evaluation of the Effect of Mind Mapping in Nursing Care of Newborns with Intracranial Hemorrhage
Objective To investigate and evaluate the effect of mind mapping in the nursing of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 78 cases of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage treated and treated in Dong-guan Eighth People's Hospital from September 2017 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine support nursing, and the mapping group was given mind mapping nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing observation time of the two groups was 1 month, and the neonatal behavioral ability score, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in neurological behavioral ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the neurological behavioral ability score of newborns in both groups was increased, and the score in the mapping group(35.25±2.15)points was higher than that in the control group(33.14±2.17)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.484,P<0.05).After nurs-ing,the total incidence of complications(apnea, convulsion, intracranial hypertension)in the mapping group was 12.82%(5/39),which was significantly lower than 33.33%(13/39)in the control group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Total nursing satisfaction of newborn family members in the mapping group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping in neonatal intracranial hemorrhage nursing can promote the neurological behavioral ability of children to be-come normal, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
