Effect of Individualized Care Intervention Based on Self-assessment-subjective Comprehensive Rating Scale on Nutritional Status in Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy
Objective To explore the application value of individualized nursing intervention based on self-assessment-subjective comprehensive rating scale in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy enrolled in Zibo Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2019 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)by different nursing intervention methods.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received individualized nursing intervention based on self-assessment and subjective comprehensive rating scale.Eating Habits Questionnaire(EHQ)score,Mini Nutritional Assessment(MNA)score,quality of life score and eating behavior compliance were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after nursing intervention.Results After intervention,the EHQ score of the study group was(7.09±1.34),which was higher than that of the con-trol group(6.31±1.21),and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.732,P<0.05).The dietary behavior compli-ance,MNA score and quality of life score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of individualized nursing intervention based on self-assessment and subjective comprehensive rating scale can cultivate healthy eating habits,improve di-etary behavior compliance,improve nutritional status and improve the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
