Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention Model Based on Rapid Recovery Concept for Patients with Hand Trauma
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with hand trauma.Methods 80 patients with hand trauma treated in Liaocheng People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly se-lected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group by different nursing mode.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation.The nursing compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores be-tween the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total Nursing satisfaction in observation group 92.50%)(37/40)was significantly higher than that in control group 72.50%(29/40),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=5.541,P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention with the concept of rapid rehabilitation can improve patients'compliance,promote the improvement of quality of life,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
