Analysis of the Impact of Individualized Nursing on Blood Pressure Levels in Elderly Hypertensive Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing on elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 100 elderly hypertensive patients treated in Hekou District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group by different nursing mode. The control group was given rou-tine nursing, and the observation group was given individualized nursing.Blood pressure,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were(124.64±6.86)mmHg and(78.64±5.22)mmHg respectively, which were lower than those of the control group(133.64±7.64)mmHg and(85.45±5.16)mmHg respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.198,6.561,both P<0.05).After nursing, the various indexes of the self-care ability score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized nursing in elderly patients with hypertension can promote patients to form good self-care ability, reduce blood pressure index and improve pa-tient satisfaction.
