Application of Narrative Nursing in Improving Early Rehabilitation Treat-ment Compliance of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia
Objective Exploring the impact of narrative nursing intervention on improving compliance in early reha-bilitation treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Sixty stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the Department of Neurology of Rudong County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were simple randomly selected as the research objects. They were divided into groups by different nursing methods,30 cases in each group. All of them were given early rehabilitation treatment. The control group was assisted with routine nursing, and the ob-servation group was assisted with narrative nursing. The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the evaluation results of treatment compliance between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the compliance of the two groups of patients was improved. The compliance of the observation group and the physical participation in exercise, the su-pervision of exercise effect, and the timely seeking of suggestions during exercise were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the obser-vation group was 96.67%(29/30)higher than that in the control group 73.33%(22/30),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment combined with narrative nursing can effectively improve patient compliance and overall satisfaction with nursing services for stroke hemiplegic patients.
