Effect of Point-to-point Whole-Course Tracking Facial Care on Quality of Life and Psychological Symptoms of Patients with Moderate and Severe Acne Treated with Red and Blue Light Intervention
Objective To explore the value of point-to-point whole-course follow-up facial care for patients with mod-erate and severe acne treated with red and blue light intervention. Methods A total of 201 patients with moderate to severe acne admitted to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into con-trol group(100 cases)and observation group(101 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, while the obser-vation group was given point-to-point whole-course tracking facial nursing. The adverse reactions, quality of life and psychological symptoms of the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the ob-servation group was 2.97%(3/101),which was lower than 10.00%(10/100)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.105,P<0.05).The scores in all aspects of the quality of life of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the scores of psychological symptoms were lower than those of the con-trol group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Point-to-point whole-process track-ing facial care pays attention to individual differences of patients, and carries out nursing interventions from multiple dimensions to minimize the side effects of red and blue light intervention on patients'skin. It can not only signifi-cantly reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, but also improve the psychological symptoms and quality of life of patients.
