Evaluation of the Impact of Early Rehabilitation Care on the Recovery and Complications of Postoperative Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture
Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the recovery and complications of patients with femoral neck fracture after operation.Methods A total of 90 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to the Department of Traumatic Orthopedics,Shouguang People's Hospital from October 2020 to September 2023 were ran-domly selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with surgery.According to the different nursing meth-ods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given early rehabilitation nursing.The Harris Hip score,Barthel Index,pain score,quality of life,complications and satisfaction were compared between patients in two groups.Results After nurs-ing,the Barthel Index and Harris Hip score of patients in two groups were improved,and the improvement effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The pain scores of the study group at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group[2.22%(1/45)]was lower than that in the control group[15.56%(7/45)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.939,P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early rehabilitation nursing can help patients effectively inhibit complica-tions and pain conditions,which is of positive significance in improving the quality of life and joint function,meets the patients'reasonable nursing needs,and has a high value for promotion.
