Clinical Effect Analysis of Focusing on Solving Nursing Interventions for Postpartum Hemorrhage in Primiparous Women
Objective To explore the clinical effects of focusing on solving nursing interventions for postpartum hemor-rhage in primiparous women.Methods A total of 84 primiparas with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into reference group and observation group by different nursing methods,with 42 cases in each group.The ref-erence group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given focused solution nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state,quality of life and self-care ability of patients in two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(29.98±6.33)points and Self-rating Depres-sion Scale(32.08±8.73)points in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(39.22±7.16)points and(40.44±9.15)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.266,4.284,both P＜0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey and the Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale in patients in two groups increased after nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).Conclusion Focusing on solving nursing interven-tions in the care of primiparous women with postpartum hemorrhage has a clear effect,can reduce negative emotions in primiparous women,improve their quality of life and self-care ability,and has high clinical application value.
