Evaluating the Impact of Personalized Clinical Nursing Pathways on Qual-ity of Life Indicators in Patients with Severe Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To explore the effect of applying personalized clinical nursing pathways on patients for severe cerebral hemorrhage and analyze the effect of this model on improving quality of life of patients.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Suqian First People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups.The reference group(35 cases)provided traditional nursing path,and the study group(35 cases)provided personalized clinical nursing path.The quality of life,bad mood and daily living ability of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The Barthel index of the study group(58.95±6.78)points was higher than that of the reference group(46.96±7.56)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.985,P<0.001).Conclu-sion The use of personalized clinical nursing pathways for severe cerebral hemorrhage is highly effective and has a sig-nificant effect on improving quality of life.
