Effect Analysis of Pain Nursing on Postherpetic Neuralgia
Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 184 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the Binzhou Medical University Hospital from November 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by different nursing methods,with 92 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received routine plus pain nursing intervention.The pain degree,nursing satisfaction and psychological state of patients in two groups were compared.Results After nurs-ing,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing of the observation group was 97.83%(90/92),which was higher than that of the control group[85.87%(79/92)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.783,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with postherpetic neuralgia,pain nursing is helpful to reduce the pain of patients,improve nursing satisfaction and relieve psychological state.
