Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Diabetic Ketoacidosis
Objective The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with diabetic ketoaci-dosis was analyzed.Methods A total of 60 children with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Children's Hospital Affili-ated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics from September 2021 to September 2023 were prospective simple randomly se-lected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into group A and group B,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was given routine nursing,and group B was given comprehensive nursing.The blood glucose level,complications,nursing compliance and family satisfaction of clinical in two groups were com-pared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of clinical in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of group B were(6.17±1.51)mmol/L and(7.24±2.32)mmol/L,respectively,which were both lower than those of group A(7.89±1.92)mmol/L,(9.38±2.65)mmol/L,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.857,3.328,both P＜0.05).The to-tal incidence of complications in group B was 10.00%(3/30),which was lower than 33.33%(10/30)in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.812,P＜0.05).The total nursing compliance and family satisfaction of group B were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing for children with diabetic ketoacidosis is conducive to regulat-ing their blood glucose levels,improving their compliance and family satisfaction,and reducing the risk of complica-tions.
