Application Analysis of Nursing Intervention Scheme Based on KANO Model in Hemodialysis Nursing
Objective To explore the effect of using nursing intervention plan based on KANO model on hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 100 hemodialysis patients admitted to Jiyang District People's Hospital of Jinan City from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and reference group with 50 cases in each group.The reference group re-ceived general nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention program based on KANO model.He-modialysis compliance,complications and quality of life scores were compared between patients in two groups.Re-sults The hemodialysis compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%(3/50),lower than that in the reference group[20.00%(10/50)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.332,P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference the score of the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey between patients in two groups(P＞0.05);after nursing,the score of the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention plans based on the KANO model can improve patient compli-ance with hemodialysis,improve patient quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
