Effect Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Intervention in Vocal Cord Polyp Polypectomy
Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing interventions in perioperative care for patients undergo-ing vocal cord polypectomy.Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent vocal cord polyp resection were conve-niently selected as the study objects from October 2021 to October 2022 in University town Hospital,Affiliated Hospi-tal of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases each by different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the observa-tion group received perioperative nursing intervention.The differences of psychological and emotional indexes,nurs-ing satisfaction,complication rate and quality of life score before and after nursing were analyzed.Results After nurs-ing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.44%(34/36),which was higher than 77.78%(28/36)of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.180,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%(2/36),which was lower than 25.00%(9/36)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.257,P<0.05).Af-ter nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention during the perioperative period of vocal cord polypectomy can promote the improvement of adverse psychological emotions,improve nursing satisfaction,re-duce the occurrence of related complications,promote rehabilitation,and improve the quality of life of patients.
