Clinical Study on Dingtong Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Ironing in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dingtong decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)admitted to Quanzhou Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dingtong decoction,and the observation group was treated with Dingtong decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing.The signs and symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,hemorheology indexes,treatment efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared be-tween patients in two groups.Results After treatment,the remission of symptoms and signs in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in TCM syndrome scores between patients in two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.396,P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between patients in two groups(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.08%(2/49),which was lower than 21.43%(9/42)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dingtong decoction combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine ironing is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.It can effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients,promote the improvement of hemorheological indexes,and has a low recurrence rate.
