Analysis on the Effectiveness of Artificial hip Replacement Surgery in the Treatment of Patients with Femoral Head Necrosis
Objective To explore the effect of artificial hip replacement in the treatment of patients with femoral head necrosis. Methods A total of 70 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to Yong'an Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by different surgical methods, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional surgery, and the study group was treated with artificial hip replacement surgery. The pain scores of resting and passive hip flexion 15 at different time periods after operation, the recovery of hip function, the values of acetabular antever-sion angle and abduction angle before operation and 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results At different time periods after surgery, the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Postoperative time period, the hip joint mobility in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation, the Harris scores of hip joint in the study group were(71.87±2.43)points,(87.43±2.81)points and(95.22±3.55)points,respectively,which were higher than(67.43±2.03)points,(78.77±2.63)points and(86.44±3.43)points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=8.296,13.312,10.523,all P<0.05).6 months after operation, the acetabular anteversion angle and abduction angle of the two groups were significantly different from those before operation(all P<0.05),however,there was no signifi-cant difference between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Artificial hip replacement for patients with femoral head necrosis can reduce postoperative pain, improve hip function recovery.
