Effect of Goserelin Combined with Laparoscopic Hysteromyomectomy in the Treatment of Uterine Myoma and Its Influence on Neovascularization
Objective To explore the impact of combining Goserelin with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy on the treatment of uterine myoma and its influence on the neovascularization. Methods A total of 100 patients with uterine myoma admitted to the First People's Hospital of Lanzhou New Area from July 2020 to July 2023 were randomly se-lected as the research objects.According to whether to use goserelin, they were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. Both patients underwent laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy, and the observation group was treated with gos-erelin after surgery. The differences of uterine microcirculation state index, ovarian function index and neovasculariza-tion index between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the uterine artery resistance index and pul-satility index of the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The peak systolic velocity of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group's(37.08±4.14)cm/s was lower than the control group's(45.85±6.16)cm/s,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.122,P<0.05).The estradiol, prolactin, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The vascular endothelial growth factor, microvessel density and epidermal growth factor in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Goscherilin combined with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy can effectively improve the state of uterine microcirculation, reduce the levels of ovarian function indicators and neovascularization indicators, indicating that this combined treatment strategy not only has a better impact on the treatment of uterine fibroids, but also has a positive effect on slowing down the growth of fibroids and angiogenesis.
