To Compare the Efficacy of Levofloxacin and Moxifloxacin in the Treat-ment of Drug-resistant Tuberculosis
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin and moxifloxacin in the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis. Methods A total of 72 patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to Suqian Infectious Disease Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research ob-jects.They were divided into two groups according to different medication regimens,36 cases in each group. The two groups were given basic drug intervention. The control group was treated with levofloxacin, and the study group was treated with moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets. The efficacy, inflammatory factors, incidence of adverse reactions,im-mune function and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.45%(34/36)higher than that in the control group 77.77%(28/36),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.181,P=0.041).After treatment, the level of inflammatory factors and total inci-dence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the immune function index level was better than that of the control group.the forced vital capacity, peak expiratory flow per second and maximum ventilation per minute were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with levofloxacin, moxifloxacin is more beneficial to reduce the disease burden of drug-resistant tuberculosis, improve lung function, improve curative effect and promote early recovery.
