Efficacy Analysis of Human Immunoglobulin Combined with Cefopera-zone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium in the Treatment of Neonatal Pneu-monia
Objective To investigate the efficacy of human immunoglobulin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 90 children with neonatal pneumonia admitted to the Neonatology Department of Xiamen Third Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were ran-domly selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group(45 cases)was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium. The observation group(45 cases)was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with human immunoglobulin. The clini-cal efficacy, immunoglobulin level, inflammatory factor level and the total incidence of adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.55%(43/45),which was higher than 68.89%(31/45)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.946,P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin A in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the levels of inflammatory factors were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse re-actions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Human immunoglobulin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treat-ment of neonatal pneumonia can improve the effective rate of treatment and enhance the immunity of children.
