目的 探讨阿奇霉素联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果.方法 方便选取2023年1月—2024年2月贵州省凤冈县人民医院收治的512例支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为观察组(n=256)和对照组(n=256).观察组采用阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对照组使用阿奇霉素治疗.比较两组的临床症状缓解时间、肺功能指标以及炎症因子水平.结果 观察组患儿退热、止咳、肺啰音消失以及呼吸恢复正常时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,两组的用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)和用力呼气一秒量(forced expiratory volume in the first second,FEV1)均高于治疗前,且观察组的FVC和FEV1分别为(91.85±8.29)%和(84.59±7.18)%,均优于对照组的(83.64±7.51)%和(78.81±6.22)%,差异有统计学意义(t=11.743、9.735,P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6以及血清淀粉样蛋白A的水平均低于对照组,差异与统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 阿奇霉素联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗支原体肺炎患儿表现出良好的疗效,能够有效改善患儿临床症状、减轻炎症反应并促进肺功能恢复.
Effect Analysis of Azithromycin Combined with Budesonide Suspension Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneu-monia
Objective To explore the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with budesonide suspension aerosol in-halation in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 512 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Fenggang County People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from January 2023 to February 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=256)and control group(n=256)by different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with azithromycin combined with budesonide atomization inhalation,and the control group was treated with azithromycin.The remission time of clinical symptoms,lung function indexes and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The time of fever,cough,lung rale disappearance and respiratory recovery in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital ca-pacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the FVC and FEV1 of the observation group were(91.85±8.29)%and(84.59±7.18)%,respectively,which were better than those of the control group(83.64±7.51)%,(78.81±6.22)%,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(t=11.743,9.735,both P<0.05).After treatment,the level of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and serum amy-loid A in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia showed good efficacy,which could effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the inflammatory response and promote the recovery of lung function.
