Clinical Application Effect Analysis of Structured Nursing Plan for Elderly Comprehensive Assessment in Patients at Risk of Falling
Objective To explore the effect of structured nursing scheme with comprehensive assessment in elderly pa-tients with fall risk.Methods 160 elderly patients admitted to the geriatrics department of Minle County People's Hos-pital in Zhangye City from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group was 80 cases,and routine nurs-ing was carried out.Observation group of 80 patients,the implementation of comprehensive assessment of the elderly structured nursing program,the incidence of fall events,nursing satisfaction and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of fall events in the observation group was 0(0/80),which was lower than that in the control group 7.50%(6/48),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.329,P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in observation group was 95.00%(76/80),which was higher than that in control group 85.00%(68/80),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.444,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of health,physiological,mental state and social function of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the dif-ference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The structured nursing program of comprehensive assess-ment for elderly patients with fall risk has a significant clinical application effect,and has certain guiding significance for clinical practice.
