Observation on the Effects of Composite Insulation Nursing Measures on the Body Temperature and Postoperative Recovery of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery in the Anesthesia Recovery Room
Objective To study the effect of composite insulation nursing measures on the body temperature and post-operative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the anesthesia recovery room. Methods A total of 70 laparoscopic surgery patients treated in Liupanshui People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were ran-domly selected as the study objects.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into study group(n=35,taking composite insulation nursing)and control group(n=35,taking routine nursing). The nursing satisfaction,tem-perature changes at different stages and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.10%(34/35),higher than that of the control group 80.00%(28/35),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.081,P=0.024).There was no significant difference in body temperature at the end of operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The body temperature of the two groups at when entering the anesthesia recovery room, entering the anesthesia recovery room 30 min,and leaving the anesthesia room were higher in the study group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.71%(2/35)lower than that in the control group 25.71%(9/35),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.329,P=0.037).Conclusion Combined insulation nursing in anesthesia resuscitation room nursing of laparoscopic surgery patients can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve nursing satisfaction.
