Observation on the Effect of Humanistic Nursing Service in the Operation Room of Uterine Myoma
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of humanized nursing service in operating room nursing of uterine myoma(UM).Methods 66 patients with UM treated in Jining Third People's Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=33)according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group re-ceived humanized nursing services.Emotional index,pain index,quality of life score and blood pressure level were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale score of the observation group was(30.05±3.05)points,and the Self-rating Depression Scale score was(25.50±2.30)points,which were significantly lower than the control group(40.50±4.30)points and(37.70±3.50)points,respectively,the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=11.387,16.734,both P<0.05).After nursing,the Visual Analogue Scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at different time points after surgery,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of humanized nursing service in the operating room nursing of UM patients is remarkable,which can stabilize the mood and blood pressure of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
