Application of Self-Help Mindfulness Stress Relief Intervention Combined with Humanistic Care Nursing in the Management of Women with Meno-pausal Syndrome
Objective To explore the application effect of self-help mindfulness stress relief intervention combined with humanistic care nursing in the management of women with menopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 70 patients with menopausal syndrome admitted to the Department of Gynecology in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given self-service mindfulness decompression intervention combined with humanistic care nursing.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The changes of psychological state,cop-ing style,sleep quality and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Af-ter nursing,the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the positive coping score(31.85±1.23)points was higher than that in the control group(26.86±2.15)points,the negative coping score(7.01±1.02)points was lower than that in the control group(9.70±2.81)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=11.918,6.060,both P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Self ser-vice mindfulness and stress relief intervention combined with humanistic care can effectively improve the psychologi-cal state of menopausal syndrome patients,correct their incorrect coping styles,improve their sleep quality,and en-hance their quality of life.
