Application Analysis of Humanized Nursing in Operating Room in Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fracture
Objective Explore the role of elderly lower limb fractures in operating room.Methods A total of 140 el-derly patients with lower limb fractures admitted to Nanjing First Hospital from January to December 2023 were pro-spective randomly selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing interventions,they were divided into study group and reference group,with 70 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the study group added humanized nursing in the operating room.The psychological status,complications and quality of life were compared between patients in two groups.Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were(48.51±3.54)points and(50.12±4.02)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the refer-ence group(52.33±4.36)points and(56.92±4.36)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.691,9.593,both P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological state of el-derly patients with lower limb fracture was improved after humanized nursing in the operating room,the incidence of complications was reduced,and the quality of life was better.
