Evaluation of the Implementation Effect of Phased Nursing Intervention Concept in Hospitalized Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
Objective To investigate the impact of phased nursing intervention concepts on nursing outcomes in hospi-talized patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 84 inpatients with chronic pelvic inflam-matory disease admitted to Caocounty People's Hospital from February 2022 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing intervention modes, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with staged nursing intervention. The treatment compliance, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results The total treatment compliance of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 80.95%(34/42)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.086,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of phased nursing intervention concept can significantly improve the quality of life of hospitalized patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. This method can make patients have higher compliance and satisfaction.
