Analysis of the Effect of Diet Nursing on Blood Sugar Level and Complica-tions in Pregnant Women with Diabetes
Objective To explore the influence of diet nursing on pregnant women with diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were simple randomly selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing program,and the observation group was given diet nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose index,body mass index,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose index and body mass index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 22.50%(9/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.164,P=0.023).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary nursing for patients with gestational diabetes is beneficial to better control their blood sugar level,control the growth of body mass index,reduce the risk of complications,and has high nursing satisfaction.
