Construction of County-level Medical Communities under the Back-ground of High-quality Development of Public Hospitals
Under the framework of high-quality development in public hospitals,this study explores the practices,outcomes,experiences,issues,and suggestions related to the construction of county-level medical communities through in-depth research.In terms of practices,the study details the promotion of the"1+8"closely-knit medical community construction,analyzing work objectives,cooperation content,and the clear definition of rights for both par-ties,as well as the specific implementation process in practice.Regarding outcomes,supported by data,the study high-lights significant achievements such as the comprehensive advancement of medical groups,the establishment of inte-grated service model platforms,and the smooth channels for bidirectional referrals within the medical community.In the reflection on experiences and issues,the study deeply summarizes key measures such as reducing the"inpatient-to-outpatient ratio,"increasing the"case mix index,"and improving"satisfaction."Finally,based on empirical re-search,the study proposes suggestions for fully integrating medical community construction with the high-quality de-velopment of public hospitals.These include accelerating the interconnection of information platforms and improving personnel and compensation assessment systems,providing substantial guidance for future work.
